The 60-90 Day Execution Cycle

Long-term goals are essential, but distant outcomes do not sustain daily execution. Within the framework, meaningful goals are translated into 60-90 day execution windows — long enough to stabilise disciplined patterns, short enough to maintain intensity and focus.

Each cycle defines a nearer-term outcome, performance standards, and process goals that are executed consistently and reviewed at the end of the cycle.
