Clement Kwegyir-Afful is the creator of the Unchained Goals Framework and the Founder of Unchained for Success Ltd. He is also Managing Director and Founder of KAPM Services Limited, a specialist project management firm that uses the Unchained Goals Framework to troubleshoot and set up programmes for infrastructure clients.

With over 20 years delivering major infrastructure programmes — including the Elizabeth Line (Crossrail), Hinkley Point C, High Speed 2 (HS2), the Reading Station Area Redevelopment, oil and gas infrastructure in West Africa, solar energy projects in Nigeria, and large-scale civil engineering across the UK — he has operated at the highest levels of complex, high-pressure environments where execution is non-negotiable.

The framework was not developed in theory. It emerged from delivering complex programmes under constraint, observing repeated execution failure patterns, and applying structured thinking to solve them. The same principles used to deliver large-scale programmes are now applied to individuals, teams, and organisations.
